This policy together with our terms and conditions and other agreements with you forms the basis on which we will collect and process your data. In this policy (Pinhoe Pharmacy) is referred to as, we, us, our. The policy describes how we collect, store and process your data on this website.

Payment terms

All payments are non-refundable. For services where a deposit is collected, the deposit paid will be deducted from the final fee payable. For services where the entire fee is payable up front, no further costs will be due in the pharmacy, unless other services are used or purchased in addition to the one booked.

For services where the up front fee covers the consultation fee only, medicines and vaccine fees will be in addition depending on recommendations from our healthcare professionals (such as for travel health, weight management, malaria, period delay, altitude sickness). These are clearly indicated in each individual service description.

If no vaccines or medicines are selected, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Where sufficient notice is given, we may, at our discretion, we can transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, may result in the deposit being retained.
